Before Mr. Ma founded Lingfeng Capital in July 2015, he had been working with at Goldman Sachs (Asia) focusing on Asian/China financial institutions equity research. Within Goldman Sachs (Asia), he had a number of senior role, such as a  member of the Goldman Sachs Asia Pacific Client and Business Standards Committee, a member of China's Operating Committee and the Deputy CEO of Beijing Gaohua Securities (GS China),  A Co-head of Asia Pacific Financial Institutions Equity Research, and the  Head of Research within Beijing Gaohua Securities（GS China）. 

Mr. Ma played key roles in major fundraising in China's financial industries between 2002 and 2015. Since 2007, he has been frequently ranked No. 1 Asia/China FIG equity analyst & team by Institutional Investor and Asia Money. Mr. Ma played key roles in raising capital for top FIG clients, including China's top commercial banks (ICBC, ABC, BOC, CCB, BoCom, and CMB etc. ), insurance companies  (Ping An, CPIC, PICC etc.), and top non-bank financial institutions (Cinda Asset Management, China Galaxy Securities, Guangfa Securities, China Merchant Securities etc. ).

Mr. Ma has been advising many China government agencies (such as NDRC, PBOC, CBRC, CIRC, CSRC and MOF) for financial regulations and economic policies. He also provides strategic advices to the finance and fintech operations of many top internet and fintech companies in China. 

Mr. Ma received his MBA degree from London Business School and M.S degree from Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance.

Ms. Kuang has ten years of legal experience with specializations in private equity investment and has significant management, IR & operational experience in financial institutions.

Ms. Kuang served as Compliance and Risk Director and took the overall responsibility of transaction & legal risk management for all of JD Capital's transactions and participated in the due diligence, post-investment management, and exit phases of more than 100 transactions. She also fully participated in JD Capital's major structural upgrades, including JD's listing on the NEEQ, and made significant contributions to the raising of both JD Capital's strategic fund (with insurance funds as key investors) and the US Dollar fund II.

Ms. Kuang has once been in charge of multiple key lines of responsibility at Lujiazui International Trust Company (LTC), including approvals of all fiducial projects outside of Shanghai, initiation of LTC's investment division, and coordination between its lending and investment branches.

Ms. Kuang received her J.M. degree from University of Munich and B.A. degree in Law from Tsinghua University. She was admitted to China Mainland bar.

Ms. Zhao has over 10-years legal service experience in cross-bolder merger and acquisition and private equity and venture capital investments. Some of my representative projects include: Advising Didi Chuxing in connection with its merger with Uber China; Advising Didi Chuxing in connection with its four rounds of equity financing; Advising Didi Chuxing in connection with its investment in Lyft, Grabtaxi, Ola, Eleme and OFO; Advising CITIC PE in connection with its investment in Webank; Advising Bytedance Ltd. in connection with its Series B and Series C financing by DST, Sequoia, Sina, Xiaomi and Shunwei, etc.

Ms. Cui has over 7 years overseas education and working experiences. She worked as a senior supervisor in finance department in the subsidiary of China Nuclear E&C Group (CNEC).

Ms. Cui received her Master of Finance degree and Master of Accounting degree from Sidney University in 2009 and her Bachelor degree in University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in 2006.

COO of Hong Kong Office

Ms. Lo has over 10 years of experience in operation and management of internationally renowned institutions and is familiar with the operation and management of investment institutions. 
Prior to joining LingFeng Capital, Ms. Lo was a senior management manager at Matthews Global (HK) and as an Executive assistant in WeLend, Henderson Global and other companies.

Ms. Lo received her bachelor degree in business administration from the University of Portsmouth.

Ms. Zhang has 6 years education majoring in accounting and management. In 2017 she obtained her Master of Professional Accounting degree in the University of Sydney in Australia and in 2014 she obtained her Bachelor of Management (Majoring in Accounting) degree in Chang'an University in China.
