Founded in 2019 in London, FAC facilitates the launch, distribution, trading, and settlement of digital investment funds in a private permissioned distributed ledger network. FAC removes friction and expedites the fund launch and distribution process, allowing fund managers to compete on product, not accessibility, and streamlines how fund managers engage end investors.  Transparency and speed of trade processing is achieved by all parties to a fund trade by enabling a real-time view into transactions and removing the need for point-to-point trade confirmation processes. In addition, FAC increases the speed of the settlement process by removing age-old reconciliation requirements and transforming regulatory reporting, enabled by tokenized trading and atomic settlement of funds launched on the FAC network.  Since founding, FAC has received investments from leading investors including Lingfeng Capital, QBN, R3 amongst others.
